Account Management and Communications

Each account will be managed on a daily basis by a Project Manager – your single point of contact. We ask our clients to assign a similar role to make communication and management as efficient and effective as possible.

  • As part of our ongoing relationship, we mutually define a communications model during our initial kick off meeting.
  • The model defines the preferred communication mechanisms and frequency for interactions.
  • Taking the time to do this step at the onset of the relationship aligns everybody optimum communications.
